This habit with existing poor posture and long hours of sitting at our work station on the computer, have caused so many of us to suffer from spine-related and health issues like:
chronic neck pain,
back pain,
arms and legs stiffness,
frequent headaches,
eye fatigue etc.
Solution?
. Moderation is key.
. Stretching and moving more frequently is a must.
